Cancellation policy

  • Full Refund (Cancellation 10 Days or More Before Check-In):

    Customers canceling their booking 10 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of their booking amount. Example: If a customer books a room for the 20th, the cancellation date would be the 9th night by 12 O'clock.

  • Partial Refund with Cancellation Charge (Cancellation 3 Days or More Before Check-In):

    Customers canceling their booking 3 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will incur a cancellation charge of 10% of the total booking amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Example: If a customer books a room for the 20th, the cancellation date would be the 16th night by 12 O'clock.

  • No Refund for No Check-In (Failure to Check In by End of Check-In Date):

    If a customer fails to check in by the end of the check-in date, the booking will be considered canceled, and the room will be made available for another booking the next day. No refund will be provided in this case. Example: If a customer books a room for the 20th, the cancellation date would be the 21st until checkout time.

  • Hotel or Website Cancellation:

    If, for any reason, the room is canceled by the hotel or website, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
